Important Information Before Booking

Before finalizing your booking, please ensure your flight tickets are confirmed. We require a deposit of 300 EUR/GBP to secure your reservation. The remaining balance can be paid upon your arrival at Vila Marianna.

Pool Heating

To book pool heating, please inform us 1-2 days prior to your arrival.

The rate is 30 EUR/20 GBP per night. During winter months, electricity for pool heating is paid separately based on consumption.

This is to ensure fair pricing due to varying AC usage for heating inside the villa, as electricity is quite expensive in Cyprus.

We aim to avoid any misunderstandings and ensure a transparent billing process for our guests.
